When Ingenuity Unlimited wanted to recruit additional test specialists, they asked Isabel Evans of IE Testing Consultancy Ltd to provide the training and long term expert back up to the team. This was so successful that Isabel provided training throughout Ingenuity Unlimited.

Isabel provided initial quality management and test training to new recruits and management development training to existing staff. Group and individual sessions were provided, where necessary tailored to individual needs. Follow-up sessions for specific problems in projects included:

Quality management
Software testing
Risk management
Estimating
Project management and critical path analysis
Time management and planning by priorities
