Before the course starts:
Before training starts, IE Testing Consultancy Ltd meets the organisation to discuss the aims and objectives for the training, the delegates' training needs and suitable time scales. If necessary, modules are tailored or new modules written. Before the course start, the organisation and the delegates should have considered personal objectives and organisational objectives in attending the course. During the course delegates will be asked to state personal objectives for the training, at the start of the course.

The course may include a mixture of lectures, workshop discussion and practical exercises. Delegates will receive an information and reminder pack for each course attended. They will be expected to participate in discussion, note taking, following the notes. At the end of the course, they will be asked to draw up personal action plans.
